The lottery

On a hot day in late June (27 to be exact), and the villagers gather in the square to participate in a lottery conducted by Mr. Summers, who officially signed all the major events in the civil sphere. They state that whoever seeks to marry Portia must solve the riddle of the three caskets one gold, one silver, one lead, each with an inscription or, failing in the attempt, agree to remain a bachelor for the rest of his days. Various suitors attempt the test and fail, until Bassanio arrives. Portia favors him and is delighted when he succeeds. His man, Gratiano, also proposes to Nerissa. She accepts.

the necklace

The story was written by guy de Maupassant, its talks about a poor woman and her husband, one day she reseved a mail, that invite her at the minister on the evening of Monday. Madame Loisel didn’t want to go because she didn’t have a dress to wear, but her husband was saving money for a pistol but instead he gave it to her to buy a dress, and she still upset, because she don’t have any jewelry to wear, her husband told her maybe you can borrow from  Madame forester. She took from her a diamond necklace. Finally, she was ready for the party. All the men’s were steering at her. She returned from the party way bake to her home, unfortanlly she was drunk. Suddenly she uttered to cry. The necklace was been stolen. Her husband searched for her all night, but he couldn’t found it.  They began looking at every jewelry shops, but couldn’t found her twins, but at the last shop, they saw an identical necklace, for about thirty-four thousand francs. They began to borrow 2 thounds from her and her until they got the money; they bought it and give it to Madame Forester. For about ten years those couples are still giving money for the people who borrowed from them, and also in the same year’s Madame Liosel saw Madame Forester in the park, and she began to tell her the hall story about the necklace. Madame Forester didn’t recognize because they were very alike. Finally, Madame Forester told her that her necklace was imitation that cost five hundred francs. The necklace was fake.  

TIME

Time is what we want most, but what we use worst. Time is like a sword if you didn’t cut it, it will cut you. You may delay, but time will not. Time is our greatest resource, time is said to be eternal some people measure it a year, a month, a week or even a day, minute and second, and also our future , present and past. It is a gift of nature to humanity, we have 24 hours a day spend it like it was your last day because yesterday is not like today, and today is not like tomorrow, yesterday is gone, and tomorrow isn’t gone.  Time is valuable, if you didn’t respect it, it will delay on us. Time it can be created time is a pressure think that god offer you and time can be found.

Time is related in everything, a baby is born by time, fruits and vegetables growth by time. Time is not waiting for any one. Time will pass you by and it can never be replaced so you must appreciate it and know his value so you can achieve your goals and ambitions. Because only successful people knows how to use their time. Time is really important in our life, it help us structure our daily life, and to plan our future and activities, so we can live a life full of organized.

Qualities of a friend

The good friend is the one who behave as an honest man, belong to Generosity and want good things to you as if he wants .The good friend gives advice to you and recommends you any time.
The good friend helps you in urgent times even if you were mistaken, because
He tells you that you have mistaken and shouldn’t do like that. A good friend may not share every detail of every second of their life, but they do try to be clear about their intentions. This means that they try to present an accurate picture of who they are and of different situations. When something doesn't seem right, they let you know. A good friend also appreciates the differences in others, to be a positive person, to be a giver not a taker, to be loyal, honest. To appreciate the differences in others is not an option you have to accept all there flaw without any comment but the fake one will admit them, and also a friend will be positive in all situation he will help you  in any circumstances either bad or good. Loyalty is a quality almost everyone lists when asked what they look for in a friend. A loyal friend will stick with you when your new play is a flop, when your parents get divorced. If you move or switch schools, they'll do their best to stay in touch with you.

Every student in c5 has a personnel project. First of all, all my thought was about sports especially football which I like the most and I practice it. So, I decide to create a booklet which contains the best player in every year. In addition, at this time there was election about this trophy, which has encouraged me to do it.

The alchemist

The first part, talks about an introduction about characters. Santiago is a poor man, that wanted to be a priest, but of the love of adventure he became a shepherd. Santiago wanted to marry a girl; the girl was the merchant daughter.

He rembered that in Tarifa there was an old women who interpreted dreams.  When he goes to the old women, she led him to a room that is constants of 2 chairs, a Jesus picture.  The old woman began to pray and toke Santiago hand. He thought that she was a Gypsies, he had experience in Gypsies, and he was frightened. He began to say to her about a dream that he saw twice. The dream was that Santiago saw a little boy in Egypt, he took Santiago by both hand and led him to Egyptians pyramids’ and said “if you to the exactly location. She said to Santiago before she began to explain his dream, he have to promise her to give one-tenth of his treasure, if he find it.

So, then he bought a book and a bottle of wine, he sat down on the bench in plaza and began reading his book and then a old man sat next to him and started talking, he was going to be rude to the old man but he rembered that his father told him to be respectful to elderly. The old man explains to Santiago that everyone has a personnel legend. After a while, Santiago asked the old man who he is. He told him that’s he is the king of Salem.  Then Santiago started to tell him about his own personnel legend, then the old man said to Santiago he could help him if he gave him one-tenth of his flock, and so did Santiago. The he gives him two stones black that mean “yes” and white that mean “no” and he most follow the good omens.

The boy did as the old man told him and went to Egypt, he went to a bar and sat with an assistance, who turned to be a thieve and stole all the money from Santiago. He wants to man crystal shop and begin to clean the crystal for food. Then the merchant told him he could work for him but to led him to Egypt, but he discovered that it was too far away, then Santiago told him he will work to him for money to buy sheep’s, to be a shepherd once again.

Globalization

When you start to talk about globalization you might be talking about a word that has many definitions, that depends on which area are you in. For example, there are many different topics, such as: economy, finance, capitalism, socialism, culture, religion, among others, where the word “globalization” can fits in. But for now I’ll only talk about some facts. Globalization is a process of global economical, political and cultural integration. Its major characteristic features are capitalism expansions, global labor division, migration of financial, human and production resources within the planet, standardization of legislation, economic and technological processes, as well as removing the borders between cultures of various countries. But does globalization can be a good factor for the world development on all its dimensions? Well, that’s a really hard question to be answer, but in somehow, and in my personal opinion, I can say that, globalization is not a force that may abolish traditions, religions, and why not history. In these new eras, the world is facing so many changes, Internet is a great tool for everyone, and no one can deny it, and of course all technology that the world is making continuously every single day, is perhaps for our own consumption, and service. But have you ever thought if those  advantages which are really important for yourself, where made just to satisfy the pockets of rich people who care less about environmental issues or people’s exploitations? Obviously you may not be that dramatic, and furthermore that it is not the only problem of the internationalization. With every passing day, the world is becoming smaller, and the globalization process is taking place. Advances in communication, transportation, genetics, and computer technology have all played a role in making the world as smaller place. With the right equipment, people can talk to friends and family from the other side of the world. Traveling from America to China, which once required months at sea, now only takes hours in the air. Computer networking and fax machines allow world businesses to conduct negotiations and money transactions, within a matter of seconds. Images such as the McDonalds’s golden arches and Mickey Mouse are recognized worldwide. Yet, while globalization is taking place, it is not doing so without dispute. Many countries, in fact, feel threatened by Western culture and consequently, are acting out to preserve their own identities. That’s what I call “Cultural globalization”. People around world moves from a place to another every day, exchanging manners, likes, foods, ideas, whatever. That would be probably why we may find a Chinese restaurant in Berlin, or directions on our city’s library in more than 3 languages! Globalization has much more dimensions and we can find something positive in every single one, but it brings ecological threats, religious conflicts, cultural unification and many more biting problems. Globalization is natural and irrecoverable process and we cannot do anything against it, but we should, at least, keep it in our minds.

I am going to present to you a book which his name is star wars Jedi apprentice, the mark of the crown its science fiction written by Jude Watson; she wrote over 100 books.  It’s happen in another planet named Gala, the story talks about a queen that’s dying and before her death she wants to have a fair election in the planet. There are a lot of characters like Beju, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jono, Elena and Deca but the main ones are Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan Kenobi who faced a deadly battle for power to defeat Beju and Deca over throne and royal position.

The queen of Gala is dying. Her son, prince Beju, wants to take the control of the whole planet no matter the consequences. Young Jedi apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi and his master Qui-Gon Jinn, must found another heir to the throne to avoid a war. They must use a special device known as the ‘‘mark of the crown’’ to prove that Beju is not the rightful heir. The queen told him that the right heir is Elena and Elena is the daughter of the king Cana that he had married a woman before he has married the queen but he had to leave her and she goes to hill. The mission ends with successful elections, through Beju nearly compromises the Jedi’s mission, as he almost did on phindar.

Jude Wasten shows us that the characters are smart and they manage to premeditate a lot of plans to avoid a war or precisely a civil war, the civils was against Prince Beju and Elan, the purpose of the war was to kill Elan, so that Prince Beju will take the control of the planet Gala. I liked this book very much it’s symbolize the war and because it’s showed as the war of Elan and Beju.

The book shows how even the strongest people can be beaten, if you have faith you can still over come and have justice rule all over the place like what is happening in the processes now in Egypt. So I think that people in Egypt will like that story because it has a big relate to our country right now.

Vacation

Vacation is a relaxing moment every person enjoy their vacation by traveling away to have some fun. But on the contrary my vacation was a boring one. First my vacation started with an extraordinaire event, which was a football match, it was our last match in the group qualification. The coach compared the match with a quote of Shakespeare “to be or not to be”, he meant that the only solution was to win this match, but for our luck the opposite team has lost direction for our pitch they took a wrong road and they gone to the second stadium, it was too late for them to play the match, finally the referee decide that we won by forfeit. The coach decide for our win that we have to go and celebrate that win, buy voting we decides to go to chili’s and for our second luck our friend’s father owned chili’s he gives us an 100% sale, it was an amazing day to enjoy the first day of vacation. I thought that vacation will become an one time life because we were going to travel away but our visa has takes too long then w decide to stay at home, in new year and Christmas vacation was so boring I stayed at home, most of the vacation was an playsation 3 time, I had named my vacation play vacation.
